This notice describes the management methods and the provision of data with regard to the subscription to the newsletter of the company official website only.

E-mailing of communications of informative nature (“Newsletters”) of the company to those who make explicit request, by entering the requested data in the proper data collection form. Subscription will permit the Data Controller to manage data and respond to your possible requests, including unsubscription requests. The provision of personal data by the data subject, for the purposes described in the previous paragraph, is to be considered as mandatory. Failure to provide such data may result in the impossibility of sending you the newsletters.

Disclosure and/or Dissemination of Data

Your data, undergoing processing, shall not be disseminated but may be disclosed to companies contractually bound to the company, in compliance with and within the limits of the GDPR. The data collected shall not be transferred abroad. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:

The data controller informs the data subject that there is no automated decision process in this website, and specifically no profiling system.

Minors

This Website and the Services of the Data Controller are not intended for minors below the age of 16, and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal data involving minors.
